John Miller

Jeff is an analyst with the U.S. Government Accountability Office, an independent, non-partisan government agency that evaluates federal programs to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of government services and programs. Over his career, he has evaluated international humanitarian assistance, international security, and counterterrorism programs, as well as domestic transportation and infrastructure programs. Born in Atlanta, he received an MPA from the University of Georgia. He currently resides in Silver Spring with his wife, Heather, and his children, Joshua, who was born in Daegu, South Korea, and Audrey. Asia Families has been an integral part of our family, allowing us to participate in an open, caring community of adoptive families and their children and has helped strengthen our understanding and connection to Korean culture.
