Chloe Ober is a results-oriented leader with widespread experience in financial services. As the Chief Operating Officer at Jacob William Advisory, Chloe has been instrumental in implementing operational strategies that drive efficiency and enhance client satisfaction. Her ability to manage complex situations and foster collaboration has contributed to the firm’s growth and its commitment to delivering exceptional results for clients.

Prior to her current role, Chloe served as an Operations Analyst at Morgan Stanley, where she gained valuable expertise in operational processes and financial systems. Chloe holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of Maryland Honors College, with a minor in Professional Writing.

In addition to her professional accomplishments, Chloe is deeply committed to her community and volunteer work. She co-chairs the Networking & Events Committee for the Alumnae Board at Notre Dame Preparatory School, helping to organize events that strengthen alumnae connections and engagement. She has always valued community service and is an active alumni member of Alpha Phi Omega, the national professional co-ed service fraternity.

Chloe is a Korean adoptee born in Seoul, South Korea, and has a younger brother who is also a Korean adoptee. Before joining the ASIA Families Board, Chloe and her family participated in ASIA’s programs throughout her life. She believes the organization’s mission is vital to creating spaces where Korean adoptees and their families can explore and define their identities while connecting with others who share similar life experiences. Chloe feels honored to contribute to this invaluable organization.

Outside of her professional and volunteer endeavors, Chloe enjoys going to the gym, running, and playing various sports. She loves spending time with her partner, family, friends, and her rescue dog, Constance. She is also a frequent traveler, avid reader, and casual pianist.
